The Path to Fitness

Are you ready to get in shape in 2025? Then let us be your guide on your path to fitness. Our members tend to see great physical improvements in their first few months of membership. We also realize not everyone wants to be a climber. We decided to create a membership dedicated to getting members in great shape using the full arsenal of TamaRocks tools, equipment and knowhow. Through a combination of our classes, which include many types of yoga, Pilates, HIIT, functional training, core and barre classes, our weight room and climbing, we will guide you to a fitter you in three months.
We have three paths to choose from depending on your current fitness level:
a) couch potatoes
b) kinda fit
c) fit, but I want to try something new.
Each week you will be assigned specific exercises to complete, a choice of a fitness class to attend and of course a climbing challenge to complete. Our guides are available during class times to help you with technique or to answer questions. Your membership gives you access to all our classes and tools so you can scale your program to your progress.
To reward you for your hard work, your membership will decrease in price over the course of the program. The first month rental shoes and chalk are included with the normal membership price. The second month you will receive a 25% discount off normal membership cost. The third month, you will receive 50% off a normal membership! How you use your new fit body is up to you.

Ladies Climbing Night
We invite you to join our community of climbers! Every Thursday at 6 pm, we gather at TamaRocks for a space filled with connection, support, and fun. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced climber, everyone is welcome. Our goal is to create a community where we can learn, improve, and share this passion for climbing together.
Plus, enjoy a 2-for-1 day pass for women every Thursday. A staff member will be there to guide you and answer any questions. Bring a friend, and we'll see you on the wall!

works with basic movements to improve stability, alignment and movement quality. You will be guided to perform at your own level and progress at your own pace.
This class is a great complement to STRENGTH YOGA.

​Pilates is the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. It is the perfect way to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, relieve tensions and neck and back pain, elevate your body awareness and enhance mental concentration.
The classes focus on exercises to improve body balance, learn to maintain correct posture, and strengthen muscles progressively.
